Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Overview

Roadigo Pro is a recurring subscription service billed through Stripe. Plans are available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Roadigo Pro subscription at any time by:

  • Using the Manage Subscription button on the Pricing page (opens Stripe customer portal)
  • Emailing us at support@roadigo.app

After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with Roadigo Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate charges), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Service unavailability: If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Subscription renewals after the 7-day initial refund window (you can always cancel to prevent future charges)
  • Partial months, quarters, or years of service already used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (AI outputs vary; we recommend trying the free plan first)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@roadigo.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Your Stripe receipt or payment confirmation (if available)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Free Plan Users

The Roadigo free plan does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund. You can delete your free account at any time by contacting us.
